Inbound Sales Representative and Customer Support
The Maids Serving Greater Boston is a Jamaica Plain based business looking for a key sales professional to join our team. The inbound sales representative will be responsible for selling high end residential cleaning services. The company generates a high volume of telephone inquiries. The inbound sales representative will be responsible for consistently meeting their goals for converting these leads into sales. The position will also require some face to face marketing and participation in the creation, monitoring and execution of company marketing campaigns.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities or Tasks:
- Field all inbound phone calls and email inquiries, qualify prospects and close sales.
- In conjunction with the Operations Manager, help develop and implement a solid marketing plan using The Maid Home Services strategies.
- Follow-up on leads and make contact with prospects.
- Compile, maintain and track data regarding advertising and other marketing campaigns results.
- Actively prospect for new business through multiple channels like networking, creation of strategic partners and development of referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience and Expertise:
- At least two years of sales experience (preferably telephone, telemarketing) with proven results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (i.e. Proficiency with Windows XP-Outlook Mail, Word, Excel).
- Must posses a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and have access to an automobile.
- Must be able to perform basis math and accounting functions.
- Past experience selling services in high end residential market is a plus.
- Spanish is a plus
