The reasons we cannot assist customers in these instances is two-fold. First and foremost, we do not want to subject our team members to these health hazards. We want to provide a safe working environment for our employees to earn a living. Their safety is paramount and we would never jeopardize that.
Secondly, our team members are not properly trained to clean these occurrences and therefore we cannot guarantee our work.
